The interlocking toes was an exercise in “breaking down adhesions in your fascia”. So, while it is meant seriously in the class, everyone (including me) still giggles about it along with the teacher.

I am replying from Kunming, China today… thanks for asking! 😉 You can always find out where we are by checking out our home page (over on the right-hand side with the map). We’ve been able to keep it pretty much up to date between destinations.

I was cracking up!! I’m not sure if it was meant to be funny but the thought of Payton and I trying to shove and pry our toes to interlock and then peel, rip and yank them apart again made me crack up. Not sure most of these positions are great for chunky butts like us, and the breathing you explained again I lost it!! Ahhahahahahhaha LOL
